Future

These writings will be the story of my journey over the next four years. My goal is to drop ten minutes off of my current marathon PR of 2:52:05 in hopes that a 2:42 or faster will qualify for the 2016 U.S. Olympic Marathon Trials.   When broken down into baby steps, dropping 150 seconds off my marathon time each year seems simple enough but it’s the “Miles of Trials and Trials of Miles” that will determine where I stand in 2016. I’ve made a promise to myself to give it my all, accept the good and hard times, appreciate all those who support me, and enjoy every moment along the way.
