One of my favorite running experiences ever was warming up at sunrise on the Hayward Field Track.
Wishing all my friends traveling to the Olympic Track Trials this weekend a great time! I am pulling for Amy Hastings in the 10K. Who are you rooting for?

I’m rooting for the Oiselle athletes, Lauren Fleshman, and gotta root for Amy too after the heartbreak in the marathon trials!

I know! It’s so rare that it’s on tv. Two of my favorite days of the year are the Boston Marathon & NYC Marathon because they are televised nationally
Ah! Makes me want to hit the track for some speed work. Is it bad that I route for everyone LOL

If Lauren Fleshman is running, I’m 100% on her side. I wish it was televised locally – I get so excited watching. Can’t WAIT until this years Olympics start. We have such a great team.
